StatTrading Journal is a product and service provided by StatTradES Corp. ("StatTradES Corp.", "we", "us", "our," or "the App"). The App provides market insights and Directional Probability Indicator information related to general market overview conditions and broad market environment trends.

All content is intended solely for informational and educational purposes to help users understand general market behavior, statistical concepts, and sentiment-based analysis.

The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing contained in the App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial instrument, index, or derivative.

By accessing or using StatTrading Journal, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

The opinions, analyses, and Directional Probability Indicator statements displayed in StatTrading Journal are generalized market commentary. They are not customized to any user's financial situation, risk tolerance, objectives, or time horizon.

StatTradES Corp. and its creators are not registered as investment advisers, portfolio managers, broker dealers, or commodity trading advisors with any regulatory authority.

If the App offers paid features:

• Payments are processed by third parties
• Subscriptions may auto renew
• Payments are non refundable except where required by law
• Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions

Paid and free content are subject to the same disclaimers.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and informational purposes
• Not copy or distribute App content without permission
• Not rely solely on Directional Probability Indicator outputs
• Protect your login credentials

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
• Upload discriminatory or hateful material
• Upload explicit or violent content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spread spam or malware
• Impersonate others

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

"User Content" includes journals, notes, trade data, psychology entries, and other user submitted information.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant StatTradES Corp. a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to store and process content as needed to operate the App.
• Anonymized or aggregated data may be used for analytics, AI training, and research.
• We do not sell your personal data.

All App content is owned by StatTradES Corp. or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or modify App materials without written permission.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Use of the App constitutes acceptance of those practices.

StatTrading Journal is built on the Base44 platform.
Use of the App may be subject to Base44’s terms and policies.

The App may connect with third party tools, such as cloud storage, AI systems, or market information sources.

We are not responsible for third party services or failures.

AI features may generate analytics or insights.

Users acknowledge that:

• AI content may contain errors
• AI content is informational only
• Users are responsible for decisions made using such content

The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Service interruptions may occur.

If downloaded from an app store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and StatTradES Corp., not Apple or Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.

You agree to indemnify and hold StatTradES Corp. harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or your User Content.

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and StatTradES Corp.

No system is fully secure.

StatTradES Corp. is not liable for damages caused by hacking, breaches, or unauthorized access except as required by law.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You agree to these Terms
• You accept all trading risks
• StatTradES Corp. is not responsible for losses
• You use the App for educational purposes

StatTrading Journal offers an optional Broker Connect feature powered by SnapTrade. This integration allows users to securely link their brokerage accounts to the App through SnapTrade’s API. This feature enables users to view and analyze their trading activity within StatTrading Journal.

When Broker Connect is activated, data flows as follows:

1. From the App to SnapTrade
   The App sends connection details, such as API key information, to SnapTrade to initiate a secure brokerage link.
    
2. From SnapTrade to the Broker
   SnapTrade communicates with the user's brokerage to retrieve trading and account information.
    
3. From SnapTrade back to the App
   SnapTrade returns the authorized brokerage data to StatTrading Journal, where it appears in the user's dashboard.
    

StatTrading Journal does not store brokerage credentials directly.
SnapTrade manages all brokerage authentication through its own security processes.

By enabling Broker Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for protecting your SnapTrade API keys and brokerage login credentials
• Trading data retrieved via SnapTrade is for personal and educational use within the App
• You understand and accept SnapTrade’s terms, policies, and data practices
• StatTradES Corp. is not responsible for errors, outages, or issues originating from SnapTrade or your brokerage

Use of Broker Connect is governed by:

• StatTradES Corp.'s Privacy Policy
• SnapTrade’s Privacy Policy
• Your brokerage’s privacy policies

By using Broker Connect, you authorize secure data transmission between these parties.
